Kuwait Fire Force (KFF) said four squads doused fires that erupted on docked boats in the Mina Abdullah area. The KFF said in a statement late on Sunday that the central operations department notified the teams in Mina Abdullah, Umm Al-Haiman and Al-Ahmadi to rush to the scene and extinguish the fires. Flames that spread over a wide area were contained by the firemen. Fortunately, nobody was injured and an investigation has been conducted.
